Review: Bangkok City Hotel (Bangkok)

Bangkok City Hotel is definitely value for money. It is my go to accommodation because it is walking distance (approximately 20 minutes walk) to Platinum Shopping Mall, has my favourite massage parlor and a whole row of Muslim restaurants, street food, and a small local mosque just across the street.

Bangkok City Hotel
268, btween Soi Petchburi 10-12, Petchburi Road, Ratchathewi, Siam, Bangkok, Thailand

Dates Visited: 24 - 26 November 2015
Total Spent: S$47/night excluding tax

What I Liked:
The massage parlour right around the corner, the whole row of Muslim street food / restaurants across the street, how I can hear the call for prayer when the time comes, the helpful staff and the fact that it's not right smack in the middle of a busy shopping district, but also not that far off the map.

What I Didn't Like:
The view from the room, the wifi egg that was available for rent (thankfully, the friendly staff gave us a refund cos it didn't work), the lack of variety for the hotel breakfast.

Would I Stay Here Again?
Most definitely!
